- •3 slices bread
- •2 eggs
- •3 tablespoons sugar
- •2 tablespoons powdered milk
- •1 teaspoon vanilla essense
- •1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- •1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Cut bread into halves and set aside.
- Crack eggs into a bowl and to them, add sugar, milk, vanilla essence and whisk.
- Heat vegetable oil and butter in a skillet on low heat. Once the butter is melted, dip bread slices in egg mixture and toast in the skillet until golden-brown.
- Serve with whipped cream, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.
