- •1 large egg
- •1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- •salt and pepper to taste
- •1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix together salmon, onion, bread, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Shape into 4 equal patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Cook patties in hot oil until browned on both sides, about 8 minutes. Drain briefly on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
