  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease two 8x4-inch loaf pans.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add sour cream, raisins, and eggs; mix until just combined. Distribute batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  • Bake loaves in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
