- •2 fillets salmon
- •½ cup soy sauce
- •½ lemon, juiced
- •1 oz ginger, chopped
- •1 red chile, sliced
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 pinch sea salt
- •neutral oil, as needed
- •2 oz honey
- •1 handful sesame seed
- •sesame seed, to taste
- •sliced green onion, to taste
- •sliced red chile, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-size cubes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, chilli, garlic, and sea salt.
- Add the salmon to the marinade, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Pour in the marinade and add the honey and sesame seeds. Cook until bubbling and starting to thicken, then add the salmon and cook for a couple of minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter and garnish with more sesame seeds, green onions, red chiles. Insert a toothpick into each salmon bite.
