Instructions
- Combine Kikkoman teriyaki marinade, brown sugar, and grated ginger root in a bowl. Pour mixture over salmon steaks in a large resealable bag; seal well.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning the bag over once. Cook salmon as desired.
