Instructions
- Heat oil and butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in bell peppers; cook for 3 minutes. Add potatoes, corned beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and corned beef is browned, about 16 minutes.
