- •1 can chickpeas, drained (liquid reserved) and rinsed
- •¼ cup peanut butter
- •2 tablespoons honey
- •2 teaspoons vanilla
- •½ teaspoon salt
- •¼ cup chickpea water
- •½ cup oats
- •½ cup raisin
- •1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Spread drained chickpeas onto a towel and pat dry.
- Remove chickpea shells.
- Place chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and salt into food processor.
- Mix halfway then add chickpea water to help consistency.
- Add oats, raisins, and cinnamon to mixed dough.
- Enjoy!
