Ingredients

- •1 ripe banana, mashed
- •1 egg
- •1 tablespoon oil
- •1 ½ tablespoons organic cacao powder
- •1 teaspoon baking powder
- •1 teaspoon cinnamon
- •1 tablespoon honey
- •2 whole dates, chopped (if pitted - remove seeds)
- •2 tablespoons pecan
- •¼ cup all purpose flour
- •½ cup milk, soy recommended
Instructions
- Mix together banana and egg. Then, add oil/butter, cacao powder, baking powder, cinnamon and honey and mix together.
- Add ¾ of your chopped dates and pecans, then add all-purpose flour and mix well.
- Add milk and mix until well-combined. Then, add remaining chopped dates and pecans on top (Do not mix).
- Place batter in 2 greased ramekins and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Remove, puncture with a fork 3-4 times, then microwave again for 3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
