  • 12 ounces plum jam
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Combine jam, vinegar, brown sugar, dried onion, red pepper, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened to desired consistency. Allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator.
