Ingredients
6 servings
- •12 slices bacon
- •6 (1 inch thick) boneless pork chops
- •6 tablespoons processed cheese sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through but still flexible, 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Wrap two slices of bacon around each pork chop and place into a baking dish. Top each chop with 1 tablespoon cheese sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy and pork is no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
