- •1 (8.75 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Mash avocados, lime juice, and salt together in a medium bowl. Mix in tomato, onion, serrano chile, and olive oil. Stir in corn kernels. Serve immediately.
