  • 2 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chopped red onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix tomatoes, mangos, avocados, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Stir red onion, lime juice, olive oil, and sea salt into the tomato mixture.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
