  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 slice multigrain toast
  • 6 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon caper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Instructions

  • Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl. Season with salt and add the lemon juice. Mash until smooth.
  • Spread the avocado on the slice of toast. Top with the smoked salmon, capers, and dill.
  • Enjoy!
