  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1.5 cups half-and-half

Instructions

  • Place the mango, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and half-and-half into a blender or food processor. Cover, and process until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
