- ā¢3 strawberries
- ā¢1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- Crack eggs into a bowl and mix
- In a saute pan on medium-heat, add butter and canola oil to a pan and once mildly heated, add eggs.
- Quickly fold and remove when eggs are half-done (soft-scramble).
- Retrieve from the pan. Plate and top with strawberries.
- Garnish with sugar and serve.
