- •7 ounces oyster mushrooms, trimmed
- •1 teaspoon minced garlic
- •salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and garlic in an even layer, making sure to not overcrowd.
- Cook for 5 minutes undisturbed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
