  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 ounces oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally so mushrooms don't burn, for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in the white wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates and mushrooms are soft, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
