- •½ tablespoon red chili flakes
- •1 jalapeño, cut into slices
- •2 tablespoons white vinegar
- •½ tablespoon soy sauce
- •2 pinches salt
- •½ teaspoon sugar
- •1 ½ tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- •4 chicken tenders, baked and julienne cut
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chili flakes and fry slightly on medium flame.
- Then, add jalapeños, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar and chili garlic sauce.
- Mix and turn off the flame. Then, add julienned chicken tenders and mix to coat.
- Serve warm.
