- •1 pack ramen
- •⅛ cup chili pepper paste
- •1 pinch salt
- •1 pinch pepper
- •⅛ cup half & half
- •1 egg
- •oil, as needed
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Saute garlic and onions skillet on medium-high heat. Once aromatic, add chili paste, salt, pepper, and mix well. Then, add half-and-half slowly, lowering the heat to a simmer.
- Slowly add the noodles, combining on low heat to coat with the sauce.
- Place in a serving bowl. In a separate pan, fry the egg as desired. Once done, top noodles with the fried egg.
- Garnish with red pepper and serve.
