  • 4 cups sliced fresh plums
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine plums, sugar, flour, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour into the pastry shell.
  • Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Cut in butter until topping mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over plum mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 50 to 60 minutes.
