Ingredients

- •⅓ cup olive oil, or canola oil
- •5 tablespoons garlic, minced
- •1 bag frozen French green beans
- •salt, to taste
- •toasted sesame oil, optional
- •sesame seed
- •toasted sesame seed
Instructions
- Coat the bottom of a saucepan with oil and place on high heat. Saute minced garlic and green beans, then add salt and mix well.
- Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until beans are cooked through but still have a bite.
- Taste and season additionally as needed. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Serve.
