Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup olive oil, or canola oil
  • 5 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 bag frozen French green beans
  • salt, to taste
  • toasted sesame oil, optional
  • sesame seed
  • toasted sesame seed

Instructions

  • Coat the bottom of a saucepan with oil and place on high heat. Saute minced garlic and green beans, then add salt and mix well.
  • Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until beans are cooked through but still have a bite.
  • Taste and season additionally as needed. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds.
  • Serve.
