  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine carrots, pineapple with juice, raisins, sugar, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a large bowl; mix well.
