  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups dry couscous
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 0.33333334326744 cup raisins

Instructions

  • Combine milk, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. As soon as it comes to a boil, stir in couscous. Turn off heat.
  • Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in almonds, apricots, and raisins.
