- •0.5 cup sugar
- •1 tablespoon Spice Islands® Ground Mustard
- •2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Poppy Seed
- •1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Minced Onion
- •0.5 teaspoon salt
- •1 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- •0.33333334326744 cup raspberry vinegar
- •1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach
- •0.25 cup pecans, toasted
- •0.25 cup chopped red onion
- •0.5 cup dried sweetened cranberries
Instructions
- Mix sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, minced onion and salt in a food processor or blender. Gradually add oil, followed by vinegar. Chill at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Combine spinach, pecans, red onion and berries in a large bowl. Toss with 1/3 cup chilled salad dressing. Refrigerate remaining dressing for future use.
