- •1 box linguine
- •6 crimini mushrooms
- •3 shiitake mushrooms
- •½ lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- •2 green onions
- •6 cloves garlic
- •1 tablespoon soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- •1 tablespoon sugar
- •1 ½ tablespoons chili paste
- •1 teaspoon garlic chili crisp
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1 teaspoon pepper
- •1 tablespoon hot sesame oil
- •1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Add pasta to salted boiling water and cook until al dente.
- In a large wok on medium heat, add sesame oil and vegetable oil, soy sauce, and ½ tbsp sugar..
- Add chopped garlic and mushrooms to the wok.
- Once softened, add shrimp and cook until almost done.
- Add al dente pasta and mix
- Add oyster sauce, remainder of sugar, chili paste, chili crisp, green onion and salt and pepper to taste
- Mix in wok for 3 min and serve.
