- •1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- •1 pound small new potatoes, halved
- •water to cover
- •2 (1 inch) cubes salt pork, or more to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Layer green beans and potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add just enough water to barely cover. Top with salt pork.
- Cover and cook on Low until tender, 6 to 8 hours.
