Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Combine flour, water, and salt in a large bowl; mix well and knead for 10 minutes.
- Transfer dough to a floured work surface and knead until soft and pliable.
- Roll out to a thickness of 1/8 inch; cut desired shapes with cookie cutters.
- Transfer dough shapes to ungreased cookie sheets; use a toothpick to make a hole in each ornament for hanging.
- Bake in the preheated oven until hard, about 30 minutes; allow to cool.
