  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed, or more to taste
  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 2 yellow mango - peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped, or more to taste
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine black beans, avocados, mango, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl. Pour lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
