  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup white sugar

Instructions

  • Combine the rice, cinnamon, milk, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally and bring mixture to a boil; cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until thick and creamy, 5 to 7 minutes.
