  • 0.33333298563957 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place rice, sugar, and salt in the casserole dish; stir in milk and vanilla.
  • Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
