- •1 pound ground beef
- •1 large green pepper, chopped
- •1 large onion, chopped
- •2 tablespoons chili powder
- •0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
- •3 cups Campbell's® Tomato Juice Tomato Juice
- •1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- •1 (15 ounce) can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- •6 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
- •0.25 cup sour cream
- •1 bunch sliced green onion
- •1 medium chopped tomato
Instructions
- Cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder, and black pepper in a skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
- Add tomato juice and beans and heat through.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, green onions, and tomato.
