Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cups Campbell's® Tomato Juice Tomato Juice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch sliced green onion
  • 1 medium chopped tomato

Instructions

  • Cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder, and black pepper in a skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
  • Add tomato juice and beans and heat through.
  • Top with cheese, sour cream, green onions, and tomato.
