Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325˚F (160˚C).
  • In medium bowl, add coconut flakes, soy sauce, maple syrup, and liquid smoke. Mix until thoroughly coated.
  • Grease pan with coconut oil. Spread the coated coconut flakes in a thin layer onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping every five minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite dish.
  • Enjoy!
