  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Season chicken on both sides with lemon-pepper seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder; transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip chicken and bake until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 15 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
