Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in carrots, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour in water, cover, and bring to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue to cook, stirring often, until carrots are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
