- •butter
- •lemon juice
- •salt, to taste
- •paprika
- •red chili powder, adjust per spice level
Instructions
- Dehusk the cobs of corn, and do one of the following: grill the corn on a barbeque or boil the cobs in hot water.
- Spread butter on the cooked cobs.
- Rub some lemon juice on the corn and sprinkle salt, paprika and red chili powder.
- Serve warm.
