  • 6 corns
  • butter
  • lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • paprika
  • red chili powder, adjust per spice level

Instructions

  • Dehusk the cobs of corn, and do one of the following: grill the corn on a barbeque or boil the cobs in hot water.
  • Spread butter on the cooked cobs.
  • Rub some lemon juice on the corn and sprinkle salt, paprika and red chili powder.
  • Serve warm.
