Mix cauliflower, Buffalo sauce, ranch mix, and oil in a large bowl until well combined.
Fold an extra-long sheet of aluminum foil in half to make a double-layer sheet; place cauliflower mixture in the center. Pull two opposite edges of the foil over cauliflower, overlapping each other. Fold the remaining two edges in to create a packet. Don't seal the packet too tightly; leave some room for the steam to expand.
Place on the grate of the preheated grill and cook until cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes.
