- •½ cup tahini
- •¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- •¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- •¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- •1 tablespoon cumin
- •black pepper, to taste
- •salt, to taste
- •¼ cup lemon juice
- •2 tablespoons honey
- •½ cup olive oil
- •½ cup water
Instructions
- In a large mason jar, combine the tahini, basil, cilantro, parsley, cumin, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, and water. Shake to combine.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Add to a hot pan with food, or serve over salad as you wish!
