  • 1 (16 ounce) can large butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: preferred seasoning blend

Instructions

  • Stir together butter beans, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until combined. Spread out in the air fryer basket
  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Air fry until golden and crispy, tossing halfway through, for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with additional seasonings to taste if you like. Store in an air-tight container for 3 to 5 days.
