- •2 eggs, beaten
- •0.25 cup ketchup
- •0.75 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
- •0.5 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
- •1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, ketchup, stuffing mix, ranch dressing mix, and fried onions.
- Shape into loaf and fit into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake, covered loosely with foil about 50 to 60 minutes, or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
