  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 0.75 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 0.5 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, ketchup, stuffing mix, ranch dressing mix, and fried onions.
  • Shape into loaf and fit into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake, covered loosely with foil about 50 to 60 minutes, or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
