- •½ onion, chopped
- •3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- •¼ cup green onion, sliced
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •½ teaspoon pepper
- •1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- •1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine all ingredients in a 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) square baking dish and mix evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes and serve.
