- •0.25 teaspoon ground cardamom
- •0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
- •0.25 teaspoon ground coriander
- •2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- •kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
- •3 tablespoons light olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Rinse sweet potato fries with cold water and drain. Spread onto a baking sheet.
- Stir cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, coriander, and brown sugar together in a bowl; sprinkle over fries. Drizzle olive oil over fries.
- Bake in the preheated oven until tender, about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
