- •½ cup scallions, minced
- •2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- •2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- •½ cup sugar
- •1 cup soy sauce
- •½ cup mirin
- •½ cup sake
Instructions
- In a large mason jar, combine the sesame oil, scallions, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Shake to combine.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Add to a hot pan with food as you wish!
