- •1 ½ cups all purpose flour
- •1 teaspoon baking powder
- •¼ teaspoon salt
- •½ cup butter
- •1 cup milk
- •1 teaspoon cinnamon
- •½ cup sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder and save for later use.
- In another bowl, beat warm milk and butter until there is no butter in sight. Then, add the milk and butter mixture into the flour mixture and mix together.
- Add the cinnamon and mix well.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 230°C.
- Once done, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and let cool/harden.
- Serve.
