- •2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- •½ banana
- •1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
- •1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Cut watermelon slice into 8 wedges, but keep them together for a nice presentation. Pat dry with a paper towel or clean dishcloth.
- Spread peanut butter evenly over the watermelon, stopping at the rind. Top with sliced banana. Drizzle with honey and top with peanuts. Serve immediately.
