- •¼ teaspoon onion powder
- •¼ teaspoon baking powder
- •1 large egg, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Melt butter in a 4-inch ramekin in the microwave on high, about 25 seconds. Carefully remove from the microwave with a pot holder.
- Add almond flour, Cheddar cheese, onion powder, and baking powder; mix until combined. Stir in egg until incorporated.
- Microwave on high until set, about 90 seconds. Remove from the microwave and let stand for 1 minute.
- Run a butter knife around the edges and invert onto a plate. Cut horizontally to make 2 pieces of bread.
