  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 18 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 4 scallions, diced, or more to taste

Instructions

  • Combine tuna, oil, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add beans, cherry tomatoes, and scallions. Mix well and serve.
