Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 0.25 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped
  • 0.25 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons capers, chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Combine tuna, green onions, celery, green olives, almonds, and capers in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  • Blend together dressing and tuna mixture. Serve on a bed of lettuce or with croissant as a tuna salad sandwich.
