- •2 cans chickpeas, 3 cups cooked chickpeas
- •2 cloves garlic
- •¼ cup water
- •2 ½ tablespoons tahini sauce
- •¼ cup lemon juice
- •2 ice cubes
- •½ teaspoon salt
- •½ teaspoon cumin powder
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •1 lb sirloin steak, cooked and cut into small pieces
- •¼ teaspoon salt
- •¼ teaspoon pepper
- •¼ teaspoon all-spice
- •¼ cinnamon
- •¼ cardamom powder
- •pine nut, paprika, and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Blend all the hummus ingredients except for the olive oil together in the food processor for 2 minutes, then mix everything with a spoon and blend for another minute.
- Add the olive oil and mix with a spoon.
- Drizzle olive oil in a skillet and cook the meat on medium heat with the spices.
- Put the hummus on a plate and top with meat pieces. Garnish with paprika, pine nuts, and parsley and serve with crudites or pita wedges.
