  • 2 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened, divided

Instructions

  • Layer Cheddar slices onto 1 piece bread. Sprinkle parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, and dill over the cheese; top with remaining bread. Spread the top of sandwich with 1 tablespoon butter.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Gently flip sandwich, buttered-side down, into the hot skillet; spread remaining 1 tablespoon butter on the top. Cook until cheese has melted, about 3 minutes per side.
