- •2 cups white sugar
- •0.5 cup butter
- •0.5 cup milk
- •4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- •0.5 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
- •2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- •3 cups quick-cooking oats
Instructions
- Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a medium saucepan over medium heat; stir until smooth. Bring to a rolling boil; continue to boil for at least 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate-hazelnut spread and vanilla until dissolved. Return the pot to the still-warm burner, or the lowest setting on a gas stove, and add oats. Mix well.
- Leave the pot on the warm burner while you drop cookies by heaping spoonfuls onto a sheet of wax paper. Let cookies set before serving.
